Dear Patients,

Our community has been through a lot over the last few months due to COVID-19. Through this difficult time, many of you have been forced to wait for dental care, and we deeply appreciate your patience, as we keep our office limited to emergency care only. The health and safety of our patients and staff are at our highest priority, as we care for our community like family. Our team has been busy revising office procedures to provide safe dental treatment guided by agencies' recommendations which include the CDC, OSHA, and ADA. Due to this, you may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. We are only taking scheduled patients, no walk-in appointments will be seen at this time, please call to schedule an appointment.

Upon your Arrival:

  • BEFORE entering our office patients will be asked some screening questions and temperatures will be taken. Any patients showing signs of a fever or symptoms of illness will be asked to reschedule their appointment.

  • We will ask that you practice social distancing within the common areas of the office, including the front desk.

  • We will ONLY accept patients into our office if you are wearing a mask. This is to protect yourself and our staff members. Upon arrival, you will be asked to wash your hands in the nearest restroom.

During Treatment:

  • We’ve installed barriers, sneeze guards, and air purification units where appropriate.

  • All rooms will be COMPLETELY sterilized before and after each patient is seen. As well as the waiting areas, restrooms, and all surfaces on a frequent basis.

  • Patients will be asked to rinse with Antimicrobial Rinse per ADA recommendation prior to procedures.

  • During treatment, shields, masks, and gowns will be worn on doctors as well as staff to protect themselves as well as patients.

We look foward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you, and every patient, safe in our practice. To make an appointment, please call our office at 773-287-2277. Thank you for being our patient. We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming back our patients, neighbors and friends.

Sincerely,
Madison Pine Dental
